@yuully So this specifically comes from a meme where the man complains his December is not normal. Specifically, he is complaining because he wanted a "Detty December", which is a December full of parties. He is not getting to party, so his December is not normal ("not decembering").
His use of "decembering" is intentionally kind of silly, but it follows a pattern in English called "verbing". This is to take a noun that usually has no verb, and turn it into a verb.
An easy example is Google. When it first got popular to search the internet, people would say "use (verb) Google (noun)" or "search (verb) on Google (noun)". These days, people just say "Google (verb) it" when they mean "search it on Google."
So, the man "verbed" December to complain about his lack of parties/lack of Detty December. He did it to be funny. "decembering" is not a common expression in English.

@yuully By "it" do you mean verbing? Because yes, verbing is somewhat common (and I believe it actually happens in other languages besides English, too).
In this comic, the child points out that "access" used to be a noun ("I have access to ~"). Now it's a verb ("I accessed ~"). He also (jokingly) says "Verbing weirds language", meaning "Verbing makes language weirder".
Another example I can think of is "friend". It's not actually very common anymore, but a deade ago when Facebook was really gaining steam, it was common to say "I'll friend you on Facebook" (instead of "I'll add you as a friend on Facebook"). Now we use so much other social media that doesn't use the word "friend", people say "add" again, but for a while it was common to hear.

I see, I guess I understand but I’m not sure.
The other example that is about “ google “, it’s the same in japan. They sometimes say ググる instead of ネットで(Googleで)調べる.

@yuully What you're talking about is exactly right! All I mean is that it happens with other words too, and in other languages.
